Two Year Anniversary of our ECE Declaration

Today marks the second anniversary of the signing of the University of Exeter Environment and Climate EmergencyDeclaration.
The University have made meaningful progress and over the last two years have:
Divested from fossil fuels
Signed the Sustainable Development Goals accord, and commenced embedding these across the curriculum
Created an engagement programme to connect and build momentum including a Green Rewards scheme for staff and students
Mobilised its Low Carbon Commitment fund and project programme working towards carbon-reduction targets for the university as a whole (30% by 2025, 60% by 2030, 100% before 2050) and for departments and colleges.
Created an online tool to allow communities to measure their carbon footprint.
